Noble Solutions is a management consultancy which specialises in fostering internationalisation collaborations and partnerships for University clients across the emerging markets of Southeast Asia, with a strong representation of University clients from the Irish and UK sector.
Headquartered in Ireland, we hold a deep understanding of the Vietnamese and Indonesian education sectors, and the opportunities within them, having established and staffed subsidiary companies in Vietnam (Hanoi) in 2013 and Indonesia (Jakarta) in 2016.
TNE Brokering
Successfully brokering in-country delivery, degree awarding transnational education (TNE partnerships) in equal measure of academic and financial viability has been the cornerstone of our company’s growth since 2016.
Noble Solutions brokered its first TNE collaboration between the University of Gloucestershire (UK) & University of Economics & Finance (Vietnam) in HCMC, Vietnam in 2016, a partnership that is operational to this day and has grown in programme provision and visibility. Since our first partnership, we broadened our TNE reach in Vietnam, entered Myanmar in 2017, Sri Lanka in 2018, and Indonesia in 2023 with our TNE brokering model.
In-Country Rep Services
Noble Solutions has been offering in-country representative services to universities since 2018, initially focused on recruiting a Vietnam based market manager for Leeds Beckett University (LBU). Over the years, we deepened our relationship with LBU through multiple contract renewals, and further engagements to recruit, house and manage market managers in Indonesia (2020) and Thailand (2022), as well as an admissions officer (2023); based out of Jakarta, with a remit of admissions for the Southeast Asia region.
